Hotel near Colosseum
Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica

Rome Hotel Verona is located in the heart of the city only a 10-15 minute walk from the Colosseum and a similiar distance from the main railway station Termini. Rome is awash with some of finest treasures in the world and the narrow cobbled streets near the hotel are well worth exploring.
The amazing Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica just 30m away with its gold trim roof, is one of the most important and beautiful churches in Rome. Commissioned in 360AD it is the only Roman church that retains its core structure and many of its original mosaics. For a more precise idea please see the Interactive Map above.
